Built in 1887, this Victorian hotel building was known as the Grand Central, The Commercial and the Denver. Hotel Sellers opened in June of 1910. EW Sellers had purchased the property from Lutz who had ran it as the Denver Hotel.

In 1916 the hotel was sold to a gentleman who backed out. It was eventually taken over by D. Cunningham. Just months after the sale of the hotel, a fire broke out in the basement and destroyed much of the building. The fire marshal was called in to investigate. The building sat as a burned shell for some. A raze order was eventually set. However, The building shell was purchased by W. Kingsbury who had some plans for development. A newspaper article discusses a proposed apartment plan, but it never took place. What was left of the building was soon after converted into a creamery. In 1917 the property was leased by Kingsbury to the Sheboygan Dairy Products Company. The building was razed in 1930.
